Bitsoft, LLC is a software company that has designed lottery games players can verify for themselves, along with the platform that runs them. Our work centers on one idea: a player should not have to take the result on trust. The result of each game comes from the complete record of every ticket sold, so no one, including the operator, can know or choose it in advance, and anyone can check it after the draw.
We license our games and platform to lottery operators and the companies that serve them, either as a complete online platform or as game content running on an operator’s own systems.
Our flagship game, Windfall, is complete and has been tested through thousands of simulated games. A provisional patent application covering the verification method and the Windfall ticket system was filed with the United States Patent and Trademark Office in October 2026. We are preparing our first market entry and welcome conversations with lottery operators and suppliers worldwide.
